Terms and Conditions

Jomacker Foods and Manufacturing is an innovative company that provides premium high quality products to the local market. It aims to distribute products through its network of distributors in the Philippines.

Distributors are given the privilege to generate income by distributing products by the company.

1. Distributors must adhere to any changes to company policy or terms and conditions without prior notice.
2. Distributors who are inactive for 3 consecutive months will be subject for deactivation of their distributor account.
3. Distributors must maintain product quality and proper storage conditions at all times.
4. You understand this is a business partnership requiring active participation and compliance.
5. Your application may be rejected if you do not meet our distributor requirements.
6. You acknowledge that providing false information may result in immediate account termination.
7. You will represent Jomacker's Chicharon brand set by the company in all selling activities.
8. You agree that your personal information and ID will be used for verification purposes and stored securely by the company in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• Distributors are not allowed to create any websites or pages of Chicharon with the company logo.
• Distributors are not allowed to sell products via Lazada or Shopee.

• Distributors must follow strict guidelines in presenting the company products at any form of advertising and marketing them.
• Distributors are not allowed to repack or rebrand any product made by the company.
• Distributors are not allowed to alter/change expiry dates, design or logo of the company on the products.
• Distributors are only allowed to use the media, photos and videos provided by the mother company.

• Distributors are not allowed to sell products below the Suggested Retail Price indicated by the company.
• The company has the right to change prices without prior notice.

1. The company is not liable for any shortage of the product due to any importation issues, African Swine or any Epidemic that occurs.
2. The company has the right not to release products if the raw materials do not comply the high quality standards that we undertake.
3. The company has the right to decline orders due to shortage of raw materials.

1. The sizes and portions of the chicharron are not guaranteed 100% the same.
2. There are chicharron that pop bigger and some are smaller. Sometimes, there are special chicharron that doesn't have much back fat.

1. In case of delay due to 3rd Party shippers, it is beyond companies' responsibility.
2. Distributor is liable for the shipping fee.
3. Shipping period may vary depending on the availability of the product.
4. Shipping period may vary depending on your area.

1. Any damage to the package in the cargo by the 3rd Party Supplier is not the companies compensation.
2. Damaged products must be returned to the mother company for investigation before they get refunded.
3. Damaged boxes upon arrival is subject to 3rd party's poor handling. Take a video footage while opening the package.
4. In any event the 3rd Party boat, airplane or vehicle crashed and the product is damaged. The 3rd party is liable for any damages.

1. Distributors are responsible for the disposal of their product before the expiry happens.

1. In an event of shortage in raw material, the company will issue a refund to clients who already paid.
2. Clients who change their minds when booking and the raw materials are bought already, it is no longer non refundable.

1. Physical stores must be at least 1 Kilometer Away.
2. 1 distributor per hectare.

1. Each Barangay will have at least 5-10 Distributors.

Active Distributors must be able to dispose the following minimum packs:

1. Distributors can have as many resellers provided they follow strict SRP Guidelines.
